Kelly has grown up
around the music industry as her uncle is well known songwriter
extroidinaire Chris Trapper. (The Push Stars,August Rush, Pepper
Dennis, The Devil Wears Prada, etc) She has so much life experience
with what goes on behind the scenes in the music industry. Kelly has
her BS from Fredonia School of Music in Communications and Media
Management. She's been involved with many amazing projects in NYC
including SPONY (songwriters pitch a thon of New York) where artists
play songs for various music licensing companies. She has worked in
music publishing at Cherry Lane in NYC. She worked in Royalties at
SESAC where she helped plan and execute the annual Music Awards.
Kelly also worked at Capitol Records when she was living in
Hollywood, CA.
Kelly is an amazing
new addition to Garden Street Music and is an invaluable part of our
staff. With her finger on the pulse of what's current in the music
scene and her multi-tasking, scheduling genius, Kelly is the best
studio assistant/manager in the biz!
